When you can see the bigger picture it's easier to understand why house prices have sky rocketed over the years. Ultimately, this has been orchestrated by the ruling elite so that it makes it harder to own property, particularly young people, after graduating up to their necks in debt...
The culture you were born into ascribes a value to things. It has standards for right and wrong, good and bad, etc. All agendas come from our culturally-known base of information. Our social values form our agendas. You can't be in the moment if you are living out of a hidden agenda because they are based in decisions from the past. If we think, for instance, that to be a complete person we need to have children, out of a conclusion that we reached at a very young age when our possibilities were limited by what we knew, then as an adult, we might feel as though we have failed if we don't have children, whether we want them now or not.
Most proposals offering services, regardless of the type of business, follow a similar structure: introductions, then a summary of the client's needs, followed by descriptions of the services and costs and information about the service provider and their credentials and capabilities.
The greed gene is not completely embedded in our essence, we are not born with it while we may receive information about our environment in the womb, greed is not among them. The closest you could come to learning about greed as a fetus could be if you are under nourished in the womb you are receiving signals that you will have to struggle in the outside world. The greed gene is more like a personality trait whose development commences largely in school. That is to say it is a learned behavior albeit learned from a young age though reinforced in daily life as an adult. Anything learned can and will be unlearned with discipline, countering the reinforcement is the difficult part. It is embedded in our subconscious and accessed by our ego as a reflex response to stimulus. It has become a deep seated survival mechanism which seeps into every aspect of our daily life.
