In my previous article, Your Bad Habits Are Your Worst Enemies I had pointed out some of the bad habits that block success, affect health, result in financial trouble and hamper promotion at jobs. There is absolutely no doubt that you cannot live a healthy, happy and a successful life unless you change yourself and convert your bad habits into good ones. Dont blame others for your failures. Your own bad habits are the real culprits.
For example, January 2013. The first day of the month (1-1-2013) is the number 41275, that day is a Tuesday, it means that is the number 3 of the week. When we subtract 3 to 41275 you obtain 41272 (29-12-2012), it is the Saturday before the first day of January 2013. We sum 1 to this and we obtain 41273 (30-12-2012). It means that the first week of January 2013 begins with the Sunday 30-12-2012.
Cutting back on things that arent essential to balance the budget may sting a little at first. But its ok, you will adjust. Just be cautious not to slash things so far that you feel deprived and have no life.
