Some people might think they have a pretty good idea in their head already of what they spend and how much they make. That could be, but putting it on paper somehow makes it more real.
It should be included after discussion and agreement with the leader (see below), prior to putting together the agenda. The duration of the item should be agreed. In addition, the chairperson could ascertain from the leader if there are any expected outcomes that might arise from the presentation.
